Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to run your website and nothing more. We do not sell your data. This marketing site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers.

What we collect

Your account: name, email, phone if you give it, and your workspace details.

Your site: pages, photos, form settings and the messages your visitors send through your forms.

Basic records: login sessions, an activity log for your workspace, and server logs needed to keep things secure.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies. Your light or dark choice is remembered in your own browser only.

The dashboard uses a login cookie, because it has to remember you are signed in.

Published customer sites set no cookies of their own. If a customer adds their own analytics to their site, that customer is responsible for it.

The AI designer

When you ask the AI to do something, your brief and the page content it needs are sent to our AI model provider to produce the result. Please do not put private information about other people in a brief.

Who else sees your data

Only the companies needed to run the service: our server host, the AI provider above, and the payment company you choose. We do not store card numbers. People on our team may open a workspace only to help with a problem, and that access is recorded.

Your visitors' messages

Messages sent through your forms belong to you. You decide what to do with them and you are responsible for treating them properly.

Security

HTTPS everywhere, third-party credentials stored encrypted, passwords never stored in readable form, and each workspace kept apart from the others in both the application and the database.

Your choices

You can correct your details in your account, or ask us to delete your account and data by writing to hello@mavrise.com.
