Terms of use

Who we are

Mavrise Sites is a hosted website builder. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Your account

Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

Your content

Your words, photos and pages stay yours. You give us permission to store them, process them and show them to your visitors, because that is what running your website means.

You must have the right to use whatever you upload, and you may not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, including malware, phishing or content that harms other people.

The AI designer and credits

AI work uses credits. Each job shows its cost before it runs, and your balance can never go below zero. Monthly plan credits reset each month; top-up credits are explained where you buy them.

AI output can be wrong. Read what it writes before you publish it, especially prices, medical, legal or financial claims. You are responsible for what you publish.

Plans and payment

There is a free trial. After it, a paid plan keeps your site running. Plans, limits and prices are shown when you choose a plan. Payments are handled by the payment company you choose, such as bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz or a card processor.

If you go over your plan or stop paying

A site over its plan's limits stays online but cannot publish new changes until the plan fits. We do not delete your content because you downgraded.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and explain why.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
